Ion-exchanged Anti-corrosive Pigment

LM-50, with white powder appearance, is mainly composed of calcium ion-exchanged amorphous silica gel. This new-developed Nanotechnology, without toxic and heavy metal, matches the environmental regulations. It can exchange calcium ions for the paint film and hydrogen ions on the substrate, to neutralize the acidic substances, maintain a high pH value, and prevent the substrate from erosive. Meanwhile, the calcium ions can be combined with the metal oxide film to form a protective layer to protect the steel substrate, reduce corrosion, and prolong the service life. Ion exchange anti-corrosive pigments do not contain heavy metals, toxic, which provides a certain degree of rust protection.

K-80

Silica for Plastic Masterbatch

Homsil K series silica anti-blocking agent, is a synthetic amorphous silica appearing as white free-flowing powder. Produced with special technology and surface treatment, K series products have good compatibility with various plastics, which will not affect the transparency and strength of plastic film. Meanwhile, the exposed molecular chains are reduced during the processing of polymers with anti-blocking agent, so that there is no entanglement of macromolecular chains while films are in contact, thereby enhancing the anti-blocking efficiency. This product is non-toxic, non-polluting, does not contain any volatile substances and precipitates, which ensures the quality of the packaged goods, improves the anti-adhesive properties of the film on high-speed packaging production lines, improves creep resistance.
